在我的生活中，有开心的事，也有伤心的`事，可是我最难忘的一件事就是我在集体舞训练中发生的事。
刚刚开学时，我被选入了集体舞队，我和同学们每天都在刻苦训练。可是有一天，我感冒了，真难受啊！我都不想去训练了，可是我又不能耽误训练。于是，我还是早早地来到学校训练，我练着练着，就开始流鼻涕，接着又开始咳嗽，我不停地咳嗽，嗓子开始剧烈地疼痛，我多么想坐下休息一会儿，喝口热水呀！可是我看到同学们都在刻苦训练，我想：大家这么刻苦，想为学校争光，我也要坚持练习，为学校争光！想到这里，我擦干眼泪，继续听着音乐的节奏跳起舞来。回到家，我对着镜子反复纠正动作，力争把每个动作做好！
终于到了比赛的那一天了，果然功夫不负有心人，我们取得了东城区第一名的好成绩，还进入了北京市比赛。从这件事中我明白了，坚持就是胜利！这是我最难忘的一件事。

As far as I am concerned ,we should learn English on Internet ,Not only wo should keep the speed of our world ,but also we must learn the new knowledge ,The more you learn the better you future are ,Do as well as you can today ,tomorrow you will be better!

This week is really busy and crucial for me, as I have made up my mind to get some change and have a new beginning. Not everyone has the courage to change, since change means more difference and you need to adapt to the new environment while the recognition from others have to be re-established. But I don‘t want to waste my life any more and what I really want is an enriched life other than a boring one. People grow up while they experience challenges. The way how to face and handle challenges is hard to learn from others, and you have to experience it by yourself, just like the lyrics says, “Unable to see the rainbow without experiencing storm”.
Everyone has to make choices and decisions, while it‘s hard for us to forcast whether it is right or wrong. Just think before you do and ensure that you have the impact analysis and you are ok to accept that. So just say “Good luck” to myself, hope what I choose is a wise one and no regrets for that choice.

Previously, I lived in the countryside where the sun always rose. Every morning, I got up early to see the sunrise. As the sun came out, trees, flowers, birds and other animals woke up from their long sleep and smiled gently towards the sun. “What a glorious view!” I whispered. But as I moved to the city, I could hardly see such a glorious view now. Nowadays, with the development of society, the living step is so fast that we are always so busy and we don't even have the time to take a breath. While in our free time, we can do nothing but play computer games. What a dull life it is! I eagerly want to return to our nature.
To make things worse, as a result of modernization, pollution is a serious problem. Nowadays we often breathe the dusty air and drink the dirty water. What's more, we always suffer from the noise and the heavy light pollution. I'm really tired of this life. I want to change it. If I have a chance, I will get up early to see the sunrise, in order to embrace our nature.
As far as I'm concerned, our nature is our mother. She offers us everything we want or need. If our nature disappears, human-beings will be in great danger. Therefore, we must love our nature unconditionally. Don't always ask too much from her but return her nothing. Moreover, as her sons and daughters, we should always appreciate for her bounty.

人的一生中有很多难忘的事，但是我最难忘的去年中秋节和伙伴们玩火把。
记得那天傍晚，忙碌了一天的爸爸很快就帮我做了一个火把，我们都迫不及待的想玩，爸爸说：“不要玩得太过度了，小心把衣服给烧着了！”我们异口同声说：“知道了，知道了。”
晚上，我们来到学校的操场上，点着了火把。伙伴们都开心地甩了起来，只见火把好似一条条火龙在空中飞舞，上下翻飞，左右腾挪，真是好看极了！玩着玩着，我们把大人们说的话忘得一干二净。突然，一个小伙伴“哎呦”一声尖叫，我们纷纷跑了过去，仔细一看，啊！方凯旋的衣服被火龙“咬”了一个大洞！阿姨连忙跑过来，语重心长地说：“我说要小心吧，你看，烧破衣服了吧？！”并把方凯旋拉回了家！
这就是我最难忘的一件事，因为通过这件事，我懂得了：做什么事都要听大人的话，要向有经验的人学习！

有一次，班上要选中队委，这不是一次选举，而是让陈老师选，这次我就更有信心了，因为，我爱跟老师沟通啊！我跟老师说说不就行了吗？于是，我走到陈老师面前，大胆地说：“陈老师，我想当中队委，行不行？”于是陈老师想了想说：“我考虑一下吧！”陈老师说完后，就离开了教室，我心中这块石头也就算落了下来。中午自习时，我们在作练习册，那时我正在认认真真地写，陈老师突然说：“我选吴梓境当中队委，因为她笑脸星多，又有了很大的进步。”当时，我很惊讶，想都想不到有这么好的事情，我心想：我当上了中队委一定要起好带头作用，我可是老师的好帮手。
